In

products Penguin's offers, it's important
that our customers feel welcome in our surroundings.
If they don't feel it on the edge of the door-step,
they'll never come inside. With this in mind, our
"welcome" is carefully designed in each Penguin's
store we build. A clean, modern, bright and upbeat
look is created with high-gloss, top-grade bl ack,
ceramic tile floors set off by elegant, white tile
borders. The counter surfaces are a flat black formica - a perfect contrast to the pure white walls
and high-tech, recessed lighting. From interiors to
exteriors, it's this type of architectural integrity
that has helped us grow to what we are today.

No
matter if the weather is hot or cold, customers feel
warmly towards our sophisticated design sense. From
brick to wood, glass to concrete, all of our
exterior faces have handsome features, like
distinctly lit and designed logo signage, stylish
channel lettering, and a clean use of expansive
glass walls. From sun-lit patios to snow-laced

We've gone from an initial $23,000 media budget to
high-flying, multi-million dollar print, radio and
TV campaigns. Of course, strong advertising and big

reflected in the sizable percentage of sales dollars
