Penguin's Partners Inc. is offering a full royalty free
country, territory
Trademark
License for
Penguin's at a price of $0.25M to $1M USD per country, depending upon the
topographical information of the country or
territory. The initial term of the license
is ten years, with renewal terms available at 25% of
the initial fee.
The holder of the Master Tr ademark
License will be guaranteed the right, within his own
territory, to open an unlimited number of stores,
determine all policies and procedures for such
stores, as well as hold any number of sub-licenses.
The
only requirements are that the specified equipment
be purchased directly from Penguin's Partners Inc.,
that the food product be compliant with the approved
recipe, and that all suppliers be authorized by
Penguin's. Leasehold improvements and decorations of
the store, including the sign, will be the responsibility
of the Licensee, to be assumed at his own cost,
respective to his country of operation. If
